A Prodemar seafood showcase with ICEX in Hong Kong

This month, Stolt Sea Farm was pleased to host a show-cooking in Hong Kong in collaboration with ICEX, Spain’s national export and investment entity which promotes the internationalisation of Spanish companies and foreign investment.

The event was held at Agora restaurant, where Spanish chef Antonio Oviedo prepared delicious recipes – like pil pil turbot – designed to showcase the flavour and quality of our ProdemarTM turbot.

With more than 25 chefs attending the event, it was a great opportunity for Stolt Sea Farm to introduce our ProdemarTM seafood to Hong Kong and one of premium hotel groups, such as Renaissance, Swire Hotels and St Regis Hotels.
