Prodemar – Stolt Sea Farm Participates in the Charity Event “Estrelas no Camiño de Santiago 2025”

Negreira, Monday, June 2nd, 2025 – Turbot and sole from Prodemar – Stolt Sea Farm showcased its turbot and sole at the gastronomic and charitable event “Estrelas no Camiño de Santiago,” held at Casa Barqueiro restaurant (Negreira).

The gathering brought together more than 30 chefs and sommeliers with more than 70 Michelin stars between them, including renowned figures such as Hermanos Torres, Elena Arzak, Marcelo Tejedor y Lucía Freitas.

Funds raised during the event will go to Asociación Mental A Creba and Fundación de Personas con Discapacidad Barcala.

During the event, chefs had the opportunity to taste Stolt Sea Farm’s turbot, which is sold under the Prodemar™ brand. This product has been recognised with the highest rating in the Superior Taste Awards for three consecutive years (2023, 2024 and 2025) and has received the exclusive Crystal Taste Award, granted by the prestigious International Taste Institute.

The jury, composed of 200 internationally-renowned chefs and sommeliers, rated it as exceptional in all five evaluation categories: first impression, visual aspect, aroma, taste and texture. This recognition is the result of a meticulous and carefully controlled farming process, in which every detail is taken care of.
