We are very proud to announce that, for the third consecutive year, our fresh and frozen turbot has been awarded the highest rating in the Superior Taste Awards.
Having received a three-star rating in 2023, 2024 and 2025 we have now also earned the exclusive Crystal Taste Award, which was only awarded to one other product this year.
All products are judged by a panel of world-renowned chefs and sommeliers who conduct a strict evaluation involving a blind tasting to assess each product in terms of first impression, vision, smell, taste and texture.
It is an honour to receive this prestigious global recognition from the International Taste Institute, and that our turbot has become the first flatfish to obtain the Crystal Taste Award.
