Stolt Sea Farm was pleased to take part in the 30th annual Global Seafood Marketplace in Barcelona, Spain, last month.
The world’s largest seafood trade fair features more than 2,200 companies from 89 countries, and this year attracted approximately 34,000 visitors.
Stolt Sea Farm exhibited our sustainably farmed turbot and sole at an eye-catching 100m2 stand featuring new digital photography of our ProdemarTM brand.
Visitors were treated to delicious dishes prepared by professional chefs, including turbot ceviche, papillote and ratatouille sole, all demonstrating the exceptional quality and flavour of our products.
