In September, Stolt Sea Farm (SSF) was an exhibitor at the Seafood Expo Asia in Singapore, a key event where seafood buyers and suppliers from all over the world gather to network and do business in the lucrative Asian markets.
Representing SSF were our colleagues Chief Commercial Officer, Raymond Bolwijn; Marketing & Business Development Manager, Manuela Gómez; and International Sales Manager - Frozen Division, Alberto Briones. The event was a great success for SSF, with numerous visits from current and potential customers, including the Spanish Ambassador.
During the event, we organised a showcooking with the Spanish chef Miguel Fernández Vidal, who prepared a delicious recipe with our products: Turbot in pil pil sauce with green beans. The attendees had the opportunity to taste this exquisite dish, and it received very positive reviews.
As always, we are delighted to continue introducing our products to new markets!
