In March, Stolt Sea Farm was pleased to host show-cooking events in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Seoul, Korea, to introduce our ProdemarTM turbot to these valuable markets.
The event in Seoul featured celebrated chef Manu Manzano at his restaurant, the Xef. And in Vietnam, French chef Adrien Guenzi hosted the event at his restaurant, Lune.
Guests had the opportunity to taste our delicious ProdemarTM turbot in a range of dishes, including ceviche with a citrus and soy dressing and steamed turbot with green asparagus, parmesan and saffron cream.
