This year, Stolt Sea Farm (SSF) has had the pleasure of strengthening our successful collaboration with the Federazione Italiana Cuochi (FIC).
Thanks to this partnership, we have conducted a series of webinars throughout the year with chef Francesco Gotti. During these virtual meetings, Chef Gotti has presented our seafood products, both turbot and sole, offering valuable tips and innovative recipes to showcase their delicious flavours.
The webinars were also attended by our colleagues in Italy, who presented our company and provided insights on our products and working methodology.
In addition, SSF's collaboration with FIC has allowed us to attend important industry events in Italy such as the Gustus Show in Naples, an annual event that attracts more than 13,000 HORECA professionals, and the Festa del Cuoco in Bologna, where more than 400 chefs from regional associations from all over Italy had the opportunity to taste our turbot.
Stolt Sea Farm is grateful for this opportunity to showcase our products and our way of working in such a significant market as Italy. And we are pleased to announce that this collaboration will continue in 2025, strengthening our ties and opening up new opportunities.
