Stolt Sea Farm donates equipment to Ukraine hospitals

Stolt Sea Farm (SSF) has donated equipment that will help two hospitals in Ukraine continue to provide medical treatment to civilians.

Last week, SSF delivered two diesel generators to AGA-Ucraina, a charity in Galicia, Spain, which will arrange for the generators to be sent to hospitals in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, and in Myrohoshcha Druha in the country’s North West, where they will be used for medical purposes.

"Stolt Sea Farm is committed to caring for the communities in which we operate, and we are pleased to be able to help this local charity send humanitarian aid to Ukraine,” said Jordi Trias, President of Stolt Sea Farm.

“We hope these two hospitals will find the equipment useful in continuing to deliver treatment to their patients in such challenging circumstances.”

Natalia Afonina Afonina, President of AGA-Ucraina added: "On behalf of AGA-Ucraina, I want to say thank you to Stolt Sea Farm for their donation of these two generators. They will provide power and heating during this very cold winter, which will most certainly help to save lives."

AGA-Ucraina was set up in 2022 by Ukrainian immigrants – and their families and friends – who have themselves been affected by the war. The charity sends humanitarian aid to Ukrainian civilians living on the frontline and provides support to refugees arriving in Galicia.
