Three of Stolt Sea Farm's (SSF) products have received Superior Taste Awards from The International Taste Institute, two of them for the second year in a row.
This year, SSF's ProdemarTM fresh sole was honoured alongside its ProdemarTM fresh turbot and premium frozen turbot fillets, both of which were also recognised in 2023.
Only products achieving an overall score above 70% are granted the Superior Taste Award. Once again, SSF's fresh turbot received a score above 90% and the highest, three-star 'exceptional' rating, as did its premium frozen turbot fillets.
All products are judged by a panel of world-renowned chefs and sommeliers who conduct a strict evaluation involving a blind tasting to assess each product in terms of first impression, vision, smell, taste and texture.
